Eaton Powerware releases new UPS

Eaton Corp. released a new UPS at AFCOM Data Center World this week designed for large mission-critical applications. The Powerware 9395 is a three-phase, double conversion UPS that Eaton says is smaller and weighs less than other UPS devices with the same power.

The UPS can be scaled-up onsite as customer needs warrant it, so a 275 kVa system can be upgraded to 550 kVA.

The Powerware 9395 will be available in North American in June; earlier in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
